Due to COVID-19 and the current Alert Level 2 our staff will be working remotely. This is not expected to affect most of the services we deliver. However, our face-to face services – i.e. upcoming private sessions and public hearings are impacted. Please note the scheduled Redress Public Hearing (23 March to 3 April) is deferred for the next few months.

Private sessions will be suspended for the foreseeable future and people with a session scheduled in April will be contacted by the Survivor Accounts Teams personally over the next few days. We will continue to provide support and maintain our other commitments to all those survivors who are affected.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate the decision to defer private sessions at this time might be unsettling. Our decision to suspend the sessions has been a difficult one, but made with health and wellbeing considerations of everyone involved. Support is available from our Wellbeing team - if you have concerns or need support please get in touch with us.

Updates will be provided as new information comes to hand so we encourage you to check in.
