10.  Me whakamānawa, me whakapāha tūmatawhānui hoki te Karauna me ngā wāhi whakapono e hāngai ana, kaiwhakarato taurimatanga motuhake a te Karauna hoki, mō te tūkinotanga i pā, e rangona tonutia ana hoki, e ngā tangata, ngā hapori me te motu, pēnei i:

  • tētahi whakapāha tūmatanui ki ngā purapura ora nā te Kāwana-Tianara, te Pirimia me ngā upoko o ngā wāhi whakapono e hāngai ana, me ngā kaiwhakarato taurimatanga motuhake a te Karauna
  • ētahi whakapāha tūmatanui motuhake, i ngā wā e hāngai ana, ki ngā rōpū i whakatūrorohia, pēnei i te Māori, nā ngā tūtohitanga i tēnei uiui, nā ngā tūtohitanga i te kaupapa puretumu torowhānui, nā ngā hua o ngā kōrero tahitanga ki ngā hapori whai pānga rānei.
