This Minute sets out directions on Phase 2 of the Royal Commission of Inquiry’s upcoming public hearing into faith-based redress hearing.

This Minute records the matters addressed at the procedural hearing on Tuesday 25 February 2020, the resulting decisions and orders, and related directions in advance of the hearing set down to commence on 23 March 2020 (phase 1).

Given the scope and extent of the evidence filed for this hearing, the Inquiry has made the decision to split the hearing into two phases.
