Jonathan Mosen is of Pākehā descent and was born blind. Jonathan spent his primary school years at Homai College (from 1974). Jonathan shared his experiences of cultural and educational neglect and physical and psychological abuse at the college. He also talked about his time in mainstream schooling, his experience as the Chair on the Board for the Blind Foundation and his recommendations for future improvement.
