Evidence of the Māori Public Hearing

From 7-18 March 2022, Māori survivors and their whānau from throughout the motu shared their lived experiences of being abused in care, and the ongoing impacts the tūkino, or abuse, has on them and their whānau.  It may take several weeks before all the evidence is loaded onto the website.

**Warning** This evidence includes graphic descriptions of abuse.  Well-being support is available via phone, text or email.
